WHAT IS INCLUDED ON A GRAZING TABLE?

Our appetizer grazing tables include a variety of cured meats and cheeses, fresh and dried fruits, seasonal spreads, assorted nuts, fresh breads and crackers. Items are displayed on wooden risers, boards and ceramic dishes.

CAN I PICK OUT WHAT IS INCLUDED?

We do our very best to source local and seasonal items that pair well together! If you have any special requests, we will try our best to accommodate, though, additional charges may apply. If there is something you simply do not like, make sure to let us know so we can keep it off your table!

WE HAVE ADD-ONS!

Should you want to add to your graze, we have optional add-ons such as caprese skewers, vegetable crudite with hummus, mediterranean boards as well as our sweet dessert boards. Quantities for each add-on are priced at 25 guest increments, please reference our website for pricing.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET-UP?

Set-up time depends on the guest count, once we get an estimated guest count from you we can provide a timeframe for the buildout.

WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM ME?

We try to make grazing tables as easy on the host as possible! Upon arrival, we simply ask for space to work. We supply everything that is needed for the grazing table with the exception of plates and napkins. Should you want us to provide white plates and cocktail napkins, the additional fee is $1.00/guest.

If you are having the event outside your home at a third party location, please ensure the allotted load in and set up time is secured with the venue. We are happy to work with the on-site coordinator in the days leading up to the event to finalize details!

DO YOU STAY FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT?

No, we do not stay for the event. Our goal is to be completely set-up and out of the space 15 - 30 minutes before the start time. Upon completion of the event, the client is responsible for tearing down and cleaning up the table. This includes removing all food from the rentals provided. We will then work with you to schedule a time to pick up the rentals.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM GUEST COUNT?

Yes, our appetizer grazing tables have a minimum of 45 guests at $18/person or an $800 food minimum; whichever comes first. This excludes the $100 delivery + set-up fee.

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY TABLE?

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your grazing table which will be applied to your final invoice. Final guest count and payment are due 72 hours before your event.

WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY BREAK A RENTAL ITEM?

No worries! Accidents happen! We just ask they are replaced or refunded for the original cost.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

Any table canceled 72 hours prior to the event time will not receive a refund.
